This week was chaos! But the good kind of chaos where exciting things are happening all over the place. Small things like the strike plates on the bathroom doors to the big things like the reception desk built-ins. We’ve also entered the “Punch List” phase of the project which is exciting because it means we’re nearing the end. There are too many little things to list this week, but we’ll leave you with some images and hopefully some final product pictures next week.

The beginning of marking punch list items!

In other news, Bittersweet is opening this week! The artist, Santiago Montoya and his asst. Carlos Delgado, have been hard at work EVERY SINGLE DAY since last Wednesday installing this awesome exhibition. We’ve had many volunteers stop by as well to help cut paper, set up the small gallery merchandise shop, and many little things that are just part of an exhibition installation. We’re over the moon excited to share this show with everyone and will be opening to the public tomorrow, Friday, 1/28 from 2-5pm. Weather permitting, we’ll also be open normal hours on Saturday 1/29 from 12-5pm. Please check our social media page or give us a call to confirm.

A very special thanks to the team at Taza Chocolate for all their in-kind chocolate donation and full support of this project!
