‘My Neighbor is a Museum’ Block Party

‘My Neighbor is a Museum’ Block Party: Saturday, September 18,* 3-7 p.m.

We’re currently working on a fun way to our next exhibition Penny Chronicles and the Stories They Tell and our Access for All & More Campaign.

Help the Somerville Museum fundraise for our Access for All & More Cam- paign which supports making our 100-year old building more accessible. This event is also celebrating the opening of our next exhibition, Penny Chronicles and the Stories They Tell. Curated by David Guss, this is a history of Somerville through the lens of a vintage postcard.

Food + Drink: We’ll have live music, food, local artwork, raffles, and games!

Admission: The Block Party is free and open to all! There is a $5 admission to the view the Penny Chronicles and the Stories They Tell exhibition inside the Museum; members free.

Food: We'll have local food vendors, Winter Hill Brewing and Machu Picchu at the event selling their delectables. We'll also have a cotton candy vendor!
