Event Rentals

Are you planning a wedding? A company meeting, memorial service, a milestone birthday? We might be the perfect venue for you! We’re available for private rentals on a case-by-case consideration. Please fill out the form below with complete details to help our team review.

Gallery spaces are not available for rent during regular exhibition open hours or events. Please fill out the event rental form with your preferred dates and details.

Pisa Gallery

Recently renovated historic space with lots of natural light. Features the iconic 1792 Charles Bullfinch Staircase, Loring door, aluminum ceiling, and new hardwood floors.

Max Capacity = 100 people

Standard Rental = $1,800 + staffing fee, each additional hour is $250

Non-Profit Rental = $1,200 + staffing fee, each additional hour is $150

Prices based on 4 hour event (minimum); includes cleaning and rental agent fee.

Wedding = $2,500 + staffing fee, each additional hour is $350

Price based on 5 hour event (minimum); includes cleaning and rental agent fee.

All rentals will need to provide hold harmless agreements and certificates of insurance.


Multi-Purpose Room

Recently renovated space on the ground floor of historic building. Features sink and quartz counters and TV monitor. Perfect for small group presentations, meetings, or workshops.

Max Capacity = 10 people

Standard Rental = $200/hour + staffing fee

Non-Profit Rental = $100/hour + staffing fee

Prices include cleaning and rental agent fee.

All rentals will need to provide hold harmless agreements and certificates of insurance.
