This week the focus was on prepping for the electrical inspection scheduled for next week. We met as a team to talk about relocating some wiring in the basement to accommodate codes and talk through phone jack locations. Exciting stuff! Not really, but necessary to keep the project moving forward. The basement is really coming along with the walls studs up and the subcontractors hard at work taking care of necessary adjustments, waterproofing details, and fire sealing.

While the construction crew is working hard down below, up above the exhibition team, led by curator, David Guss, is working hard installing our next exhibition. Penny Chronicles and the Stories They Tell will open on Thursday, September 9th. You can learn more about this exhibition here.
