Jeff Myers

Programming Committee member, and Trustee

Jeff Myers is a software engineer at Rapid7, a security software company based in Boston. He also co-owns a candy shop in Cambridge, Spindler Confections with his husband Jeremy. An avid local history enthusiast and collector, he has volunteered with the Somerville Museum since 2014 and became a member of the Council of Advisors in 2018. 

In 2015, Jeff presented his project Somerville Past and Present: Images of a Century of Change at the Museum with Historic Somerville. He has continued with this work but expanded his volunteering to include actively helping the Collection Care Committee and sitting on the Security and Fire Prevention Committee.
