Discover it all through the History on the Line Map, complete with annotations, images, and stories of life before there was a United States. Scattered across the region are the sites of forts, Native American camps, prisoner camps, homes of Generals, memories of Black petitioners for freedom, and cannons. Lots of cannons. Although many of these fascinating places are gone, we can visit the locations and learn about what life was like before and after the Revolution through 1800.
