We’ve mentioned the Palladian window a few times in this blog now. We’ve explained what it is and why we’re re-installing it at the Museum. After many months of restoration and deliberation on the best way to install it – it’s in! The window has finally been placed in its permanent home and looks great! This was no small feat and even after it’s installation, our President, Barbara Mangum, who is also a professional conservator, went up on the scaffolding to do some final touches. Below are some images from this “adventure” but in reality she does this type of thing all the time!
